Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in a recent outside sales role. Proven track record of success, achieving at least 105% of sales goals over the last two calendar years. Strong prospecting and territory development skills. Proficient in CRM systems with excellent data entry and sales data organization. Experience leveraging social media and sales tools to pursue new business opportunities. Preferred sales training certifications (e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie). Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales. Outgoing personality with a dynamic approach. A proactive attitude with a passion for challenges. Organized in adhering to a defined sales process and able to guide clients from prospect to close. Exceptional communication skills, capable of facilitating presentations and one-on-one meetings. Ability to coordinate team activities effectively with operations and marketing teams. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for sales activities.

We are on the lookout for a determined B2B Sales Executive to become a crucial member of our Sales Team. If you possess a proactive approach to prospecting, sell with confidence and integrity, and have a thorough understanding of client needs, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on driving new business development within a high-energy, sales-oriented environment. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. Collaboratively working with account managers and your sales team, you will develop and maintain profitable business relationships with clients. If you are a high achiever, you could earn between $110,000 and $120,000 in your first year!

This role offers a competitive base salary along with a variable commission structure that features uncapped earning potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential clients.
  • Initiating the sales process by scheduling meetings, understanding account needs, and making impactful presentations.
  • Closing sales by building rapport with potential clients, articulating our service capabilities, addressing objections, and preparing contracts.
  • Conducting a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week.
  • Utilizing and managing your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track customer information.
  • Maintaining your Hot 25 list within the CRM.
  • Fostering a positive work environment by communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Executing other tasks as assigned by management.
