We are on the lookout for a determined B2B Sales Executive to become a crucial member of our Sales Team. As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on driving new business development within a high-energy, sales-oriented environment. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. Collaboratively working with account managers and your sales team, you will develop and maintain profitable business relationships with clients. If you are a high achiever, you could earn between $110,000 and $120,000 in your first year!
This role offers a competitive base salary along with a variable commission structure that features uncapped earning potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients.
- Initiating the sales process by scheduling meetings, understanding account needs, and making impactful presentations.
- Closing sales by building rapport with potential clients, articulating our service capabilities, addressing objections, and preparing contracts.
- Conducting a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week.
- Utilizing and managing your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track customer information.
- Maintaining your Hot 25 list within the CRM.
- Fostering a positive work environment by communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Executing other tasks as assigned by management.
