We are in search of a passionate Inbound Sales Executive who excels at forming meaningful connections, driving sales, and supporting health and fitness coaches in expanding their businesses. Your effectiveness in converting leads into loyal clients will be a key measure of your success, contributing positively to the lives of our coaches and their clients. You will play a vital role in our mission to promote healthier lifestyles while advancing within a supportive, energetic team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close leads on behalf of our coaches, helping them acquire new clients.
- Encourage healthier lifestyles while enhancing your sales expertise.
- Maintain an organized workflow, keeping track of your calendar and sales pipeline.
- Act as a proactive partner to our coaches, collaborating to achieve mutual objectives.
Qualifications
We value diverse experiences and perspectives. While not all qualifications are necessary, the ideal candidate should possess:
- Fluency in Dutch and confidence in English, both spoken and written.
- A natural flair for sales, with prior experience in telemarketing, phone sales, or within the fitness/sports/SaaS sectors preferred.
- A driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve exceptional results.
- Resilience and persistence; setbacks do not deter you.
- Excellent self-management skills, enabling you to organize your day effectively.
