To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 4+ years of experience in online paid media or performance marketing, with proven capabilities from strategy formulation to execution and analysis; hands-on experience with Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager is a significant advantage. A strong understanding of the online advertising landscape, including key players, technologies, metrics, and algorithms. Demonstrated analytical skills and a proven track record in leveraging data to assess performance and inform decision-making; proficiency in MS Excel is essential, and knowledge of SQL is a plus. Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive results independently. Experience in e-commerce is highly desirable.
