Prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities to enhance their daily experience. Support residents during mealtimes by serving food and ensuring a pleasant dining environment. Respond promptly to resident emergency calls to provide immediate assistance. Observe and document any changes in residents’ conditions, reporting these to the Resident Care Coordinator. Communicate effectively and professionally with residents and their families. Maintain accurate resident care documentation in accordance with state regulations and company policies. Transport residents as needed to ensure their comfort and safety.
