This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Lisbon office, requiring four days a week onsite.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Office Manager to join our Lisbon team.
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a hands-on approach, a passion for creating an exceptional office experience, and a love for working with people. As Lisbon is a new location for Thought Machine, you will be entrusted with establishing and maintaining the office environment, ensuring an outstanding experience for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance the operational framework for the Lisbon office, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Proactively manage office capacity, collaborating with executives and department leads to create and sustain an optimal working environment as the team expands.
Oversee all office logistics, including internal moves, deliveries, and supplier management.
Manage the office budget and financials, working closely with the building management and department leads to ensure financial accountability.
