Government Relations (GRO)Serve as the primary liaison with Qatari government bodies, including:Ministry of Interior (MOI)Ministry of LabourMinistry of Commerce & Industry (MOCI)Immigration and related platformsManage all residency-related transactions, such as:QID applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellationsCoordination of medical tests, fingerprints, and biometric dataExit permits and associated approvals (if applicable)Oversee company registrations and renewals, including:Commercial Registration (CR)Trade LicenseComputer CardEstablishment CardEnsure precise tracking of document expiration dates for timely renewals.2. Banking & Financial AdministrationCollaborate with local banks to:Maintain corporate bank accountHandle KYC documentation and periodic reviewsManage requests for cheque books, tokens, signatory updates, and other banking needsAssist finance teams with:Bank letters, attestations, and official certificationsRequired documentation for payment processing and financial partnershipsAct as the local contact between the company, banks, and external consultants.3. Office & Facilities ManagementOversee daily operations of the Qatar office, including:Management of office supplies, vendors, and service providersMaintenance, cleaning, and utility servicesOversight of internet, telecom, and access managementCoordinate office setups, relocations, and liaise with business centers or landlords.
