Position Summary:

We are in pursuit of a proactive and meticulously organized Office Manager to streamline our office operations and assist in implementing critical operational strategies under the guidance of the CEO.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the office operates smoothly, fostering interdepartmental collaboration to support operational priorities, overseeing vendor and facility management, and championing administrative excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, pays attention to detail, and enjoys direct interaction with executive leadership.

Core Responsibilities:

Office & Operational Management

  • Supervise daily office operations to maintain a productive and well-organized work environment.
  • Manage office facilities, maintenance, and workplace services effectively.
  • Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Oversee office budgets pertaining to supplies, services, and operational requirements.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Serve as the liaison between departments to facilitate operational execution.
  • Monitor operational tasks and ensure team alignment as required.
  • Support internal initiatives and projects designated by the CEO.
  • Assist in tracking action items from leadership discussions and operational meetings.

Office Infrastructure & Environment

  • Ensure the office environment promotes productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
  • Coordinate office enhancements, renovations, or workspace planning when necessary.
  • Uphold office policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Operational Support to Leadership

  • Assist the CEO with operational follow-ups and the execution of internal initiatives.
  • Compile operational reports, summaries, or documentation as needed.
  • Help coordinate internal leadership meetings and ensure follow-ups on key action items.
