Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Performance Marketing Manager to collaborate closely with our teams and elevate the performance of our groundbreaking products. You will optimize campaigns to drive revenue and success and report directly to the Performance Marketing Director.
In this role, you will design, plan, test, and implement marketing campaigns while defining strategic direction for each initiative. By diving deep into data analysis, you will derive insightful conclusions and strategic recommendations, allowing Upstream to positively influence millions of consumers globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and effective campaign delivery aligned with business objectives.
- Establish campaign strategies and lead the acquisition processes to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns and acquisition processes.
- Optimize channels and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement and monetization.
- Continuously enhance strategies through segmentation, testing, and improving user experiences.
- Create detailed reports on accounts, new channels, flows, and tests.
- Provide forecasts, analytical reports, and actionable insights.
- Maintain thorough documentation and develop compelling case studies.
- Collaborate with the broader internal team to achieve annual revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Campaign Management).
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns for effective customer acquisition.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledgeable in web analytics and marketing platforms.
- Up-to-date with emerging technologies and current market trends.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and data-driven thinking.
- Exemplary problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
