Join Help AG as a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to drive customer satisfaction, ensure quality project delivery, and achieve commercial success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee both internal and external projects ranging from 10 to 100 man-days, collaborating with a team of Help AG consultants, customer personnel, and occasionally third-party vendors. Your responsibilities will encompass various project scopes, including technical implementations and organizational consulting. You will also play a key role in developing and enforcing Help AG’s Project Management methodology, associated tools, and policies, ensuring adherence to established standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the Help AG Project Management Office (PMO).
- Plan and supervise all project deliveries, providing guidance to project managers and consultants.
- Regularly report on project status, mitigating risks, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Oversee project plans and manage escalations with both management and clients.
- Implement effective change management processes within projects.
- Create detailed project work plans, resolving issues and managing resources efficiently.
- Continuously enhance Help AG’s project management standards and tools, ensuring compliance.
- Support and monitor other PM projects, delivering periodic progress updates to the Head of PMO.
- Build strong relationships with project managers to facilitate successful project delivery within budget and quality parameters.
- Develop and implement governance policies for corporate investment projects.
- Manage daily project requirements across various projects.
- Orient and train new project managers, ensuring their readiness to manage projects independently.
- Assist project managers in creating new deliverables and provide peer reviews as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to project management procedures and report findings to the Head of PMO.
- Act as the first escalation point for project-related issues.
- Facilitate the collection and exchange of best practices and provide training to project teams.
- Control project budgets and report on financial performance.
