Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively develop and manage a robust pipeline of B2B prospects through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and diligent follow-ups.
  • Utilize LinkedIn effectively to identify, connect with, and nurture prospects, while building a strong online presence to enhance relationship development, client retention, and business growth.
  • Engage in weekly prospecting to maintain momentum and ensure pipeline velocity.
  • Establish trust and credibility with business owners and decision-makers by demonstrating how City Wide can address their facility maintenance needs.
  • Deliver tailored solutions, confidently handle objections, and successfully close deals that generate mutual value.
  • Document all activities and leads within our CRM system.

We Are Seeking Candidates With:

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, showcasing a proven track record of success in outbound or “hunter” roles.
  • Confidence in leading conversations, posing insightful questions, and adapting to various business types and personalities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • A high degree of accountability, excellent time management, and self-discipline.
  • A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
