Role Overview
Evolve Digital GmbH is looking for an E-Mail Marketing & Retention Manager (m/w/d) to join the team remotely. This role focuses on growing revenue streams for D2C E-Commerce brands through email and CRM initiatives. The position offers the chance to work across multiple client accounts, shaping retention strategies and contributing to ongoing projects for a variety of brands.

What You Will Do
- Develop retention strategies independently for various D2C E-Commerce brands.
- Set up and manage email flows, campaigns, and automations using Klaviyo.
- Analyze purchasing behavior by cohorts and use sequences for segmentation.
- Assess and introduce additional retention channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, and loyalty programs.
- Build structures and processes for the retention department at Evolve Digital.
- Apply AI tools to improve quality and efficiency in email and retention efforts.
- Advise clients on email performance, segmentation, and retention strategies.
What We Look For
- At least 2 years of experience in D2C E-Commerce in a related field.
