As the Education Recruitment Team Lead, you will step into a crucial leadership role, providing you with the responsibility and autonomy to shape our product and strategy for the future. You will play a vital part in the growth of our company and team during this exciting phase.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the commercial success of Zen by effectively supporting schools across London.
- Own commercial outputs, establish targets, and implement strategies while fostering relationships with school leaders and enhancing team skill sets.
- Collaborate with team leaders to design and execute impactful campaigns.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Account Managers.
- Enhance efficiency in booking days and cultivate strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders, including Executive School leaders and Trust CEOs.

Success Metrics
- Year-over-year (YoY) revenue growth for schools in London.
- Year-over-year (YoY) growth of active schools in London.
- Year-over-year (YoY) school retention rates and expansion into new markets.
- Effectiveness of marketing and new business campaigns aimed at attracting schools and staff.
- Resource efficiency and prioritization, ensuring candidates are vetted and placed effectively.
- Percentage of platform adoption for Zen Educate features.
