Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
· Effectively organizes and delivers the assigned courses, adhering to the educational standards set by the organization.
· Identifies and meets educational goals per unit, based on a semester syllabus, utilizing standard teaching materials (presentations, notes).
· Assesses the educational needs of students and tailors the curriculum according to their levels and the specialization being taught.
· Creates an engaging and interactive educational experience by employing modern tools, technological applications (such as multimedia files, YouTube, 3D visualizations), and experiential learning methods (role-playing, simulations, case studies, etc.).
· Utilizes the school’s digital educational systems.
· Willingness to participate in educational and developmental activities of the school.
