ABOUT THE TEAM
The Air and Ground Deterrence (AGD) Division at Anduril specializes in developing integrated robotic systems that deliver multi-domain situational awareness and force protection across land, sea, and air. Our networked sensors and effectors facilitate rapid detection, identification, deterrence, and neutralization of various Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) threats. The multidisciplinary Sentry Hardware team within AGD acts as the primary system integrator for the Anduril Sentry Family of Systems (FoS), focusing on end-to-end electrical architecture and ruggedized hardware design, verification, integration, and testing to ensure production-ready solutions that meet the U. S. Military's stringent demands for performance, reliability, and survivability.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Sentry Engineering team is engaged in the development of hardware products and systems that utilize artificial intelligence to deliver accurate and persistent autonomous awareness across diverse domains. Equipped with AI-enabled edge processing, continuous 360-degree pan/tilt capabilities, and an array of radars and sensors, Sentry autonomously identifies, detects, and tracks objects of interest, enhancing security for borders, military installations, oil and gas pipelines, airports, and other critical infrastructures.
We are actively seeking an Electrical Sustainment Engineer to join our dynamic team in Irvine, CA. This position entails taking ownership of the rapid development of ruggedized electronic designs as well as scaling legacy design concepts for full-rate production. You will collaborate with our Architecture and Product Management teams to define system requirements and subsequently oversee the complete development of PCB and/or electrical systems, identifying and mitigating high-risk areas along the way.
