ABOUT THE TEAM
Our Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division is dedicated to two key missions: developing highly capable autonomous drones and manufacturing robust rocket motors at scale. We evolve products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from initial concepts into fully operational capabilities through close collaboration with specialized engineering, operations, and production teams. Within the Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team, we innovate and produce solid rocket motors using cutting-edge materials, proprietary formulations, and high-capacity production techniques, ensuring the delivery of safe and reliable propulsion systems that cater to various mission demands. Our teams comprise passionate software and hardware engineers eager to contribute to a diverse and impactful portfolio, from autonomous aerial systems to high-performance solid rocket motors, all designed to perform reliably in the most challenging operational environments.
ABOUT THE JOB
As the Electrical Engineering Manager, you will oversee the design and development of safety-critical circuitry for Ignition Safety Devices (ISD) and Electronic Safe and Arm Devices (ESAD). Your role involves specifying and testing these devices, including conducting environmental assessments. Beyond your technical responsibilities, you will lead ISD and ESAD programs throughout their lifecycle, from conception to production. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in developing ISDs, ESADs, and related devices, along with a thorough technical understanding of their design and manufacturing processes, paired with strong management capabilities.
