Huzzle is seeking an Email Account Manager based in Finland to work remotely. This position centers on retention and lifecycle email marketing for eCommerce brands, with Klaviyo as the primary platform. The Email Account Manager will oversee several client accounts, all focused on product-based businesses using Shopify or WooCommerce. Acting as the main contact for clients, this role does not involve outbound or cold outreach.
What you will do
- Own the email marketing strategy and account performance for assigned clients.
- Lead weekly client calls to discuss insights and gather feedback.
- Design, launch, and refine email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
- Create detailed campaign briefs, manage execution, and ensure quality before emails are sent.
- Monitor daily metrics including open rates, click rates, bounce rates, and revenue per recipient.
- Review underperforming campaigns and introduce improvements based on data analysis.
- Plan and manage A/B tests, segmentation, and new lifecycle flows.
- Collaborate with designers and internal teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
- Direct experience with Klaviyo, covering campaigns, flows, segmentation, and reporting.
- Background managing multiple eCommerce or direct-to-consumer accounts; agency experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing for product-based brands.
- Confidence leading client strategy calls and offering recommendations.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proven project management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
- Attention to detail, sense of ownership, and accountability.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, and Slack.
- Understanding of eCommerce metrics such as AOV, LTV, CVR, and retention strategies.
