Role Overview:
The EMEA Payroll Analyst position is an operational role focused on delivering top-tier payroll and vendor management services within Sony Interactive Entertainment. Situated within the People Experience team in HR, you will engage with external payroll vendors, oversee payroll operations, and ensure the accurate and timely execution of payroll across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Deliver exceptional experiences that lead to high customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between the outsourcing provider and functional staff to resolve issues within established service level agreements.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Compensation, Benefits, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll integration.
- Effectively communicate payroll policies, changes, and timelines to internal partners.
Payroll Services:
- Work in partnership with the outsourced payroll service provider to ensure smooth delivery of payroll processes and results.
- Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
- Review and validate payroll data, ensuring timely submission to the payroll vendor, and verify outputs according to payroll calendars.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and payroll vendor.
- Collaborate with the vendor to resolve payroll discrepancies, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Develop positive relationships with payroll vendors and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
