Position Overview
We are creating AI-driven, agentic products that revolutionize customer interactions with financial institutions across voice, chat, and digital platforms. We seek a Hands-On Engineering Manager – Agentic AI Products who embodies an AI-first perspective, possesses extensive backend systems experience, and is adept at orchestrating multiple AI agents to deliver production-quality systems.
This role demands a candidate who:
- Has experience building complex distributed backend systems
- Is knowledgeable in low-latency architectures (voice, telephony, streaming, chat)
- Is well-versed in modern agentic AI engineering techniques
- Possesses a founder's mindset
- Leads by example and by building
- Raises the engineering standards within the team
You will be responsible for architecting, reviewing, coding, debugging, and shipping, while also nurturing your high-performance engineering team.
