The Engineering (Tech) Team drives all product development at Feedzai. Collaborating closely with Product Management and Data Science, we are pioneering the next generation of tools designed to detect fraud in real-time through a machine learning-first approach. Our team is composed of exceptional engineers at all experience levels, united by a common goal: to build the best possible solutions for our customers.
Our work is diverse, tackling an array of technical challenges, including the development of distributed systems that operate 24/7 with ultra-low latencies, and enhancing UI/UX to empower fraud analysts in their fight against fraud. We design extensive databases that encompass relational, NoSQL, and graph structures, while also validating and advancing new data science methodologies and algorithms.

Your Role:
We are on the lookout for a seasoned and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team within the Platform Engineering domain. This managerial position demands a blend of a business-oriented mindset coupled with deep technical expertise. You are adept at creating clarity amidst ambiguity, translating high-level product visions into actionable, multi-quarter roadmaps. You will not only manage a team; you will drive the strategic alignment between engineering outcomes and business value.
As a leader, you will guide engineers in translating needs into robust technical specifications, designing, developing, and optimizing Feedzai’s cloud solutions. Success in this role entails working in a collaborative environment and achieving measurable outcomes that benefit our customers.
