Who You Are
You are a strategic engineering leader with extensive technical expertise across multiple disciplines. With a builder’s mindset, you have a proven track record of developing frameworks and platforms that enable teams to operate more efficiently. You excel in distributed, cross-functional environments, comfortably switching between coding and defining organizational architecture. Having led teams in front-end development, design systems, or component libraries, you recognize the importance of aligning engineering, product, and design efforts.
What You’ll Do
As an Engineering Manager, you will spearhead a team focused on scaling our platform, with an initial emphasis on UI frameworks, tools, and architecture that shape our product experience. This pivotal leadership role will significantly impact how product teams deliver results within our platform.
Lead and expand a team of developers, establishing the technical vision and long-term strategy.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality, and efficient UI development company-wide.
Champion AI integration within your team and facilitate its use by others to build on our platform.
