The Role

As the Engineering Manager for Site Experience, you will oversee a talented team of software engineers dedicated to enhancing the core site performance and integrations of our platform, serving customers utilizing Drupal, WordPress, and Next.js. You will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring timely delivery, and fostering growth within this functional area, while championing engineering initiatives that focus on impactful outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and Mentor: Support your team through organizational changes and challenges, ensuring sustained productivity and morale. Provide hands-on coaching and troubleshooting while nurturing engineering talent.
