YOUR IMPACT

As an Engineering Program Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Proxima's operations in Switzerland and executing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing our technical organization. You will collaborate closely with the Engineering Program Manager and Business Operations teams, bridging technical disciplines with daily operations. This position offers high ownership and growth potential for an early-career professional eager to immerse themselves at the intersection of groundbreaking science, engineering, and operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Coordinate and implement infrastructure enhancements to advance Proxima's R&D facilities.

  • Oversee logistics, inventory, and facilities management for Proxima's R&D projects in Switzerland.

  • Assist in project coordination and scheduling for prototype development.

  • Define and procure equipment for the comprehensive magnets R&D program.

  • Lead and drive growth initiatives that significantly impact the success of Proxima's engineering team (e.g., planning, supporting partnerships, developing processes, organizing training, implementing systems).
