Your Contribution:

  • As an Account Development Representative (ADR), you will play a crucial role in enhancing Illumio’s sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification and outbound prospecting.

  • You will manage account-based prospecting activities within your designated region and secure qualified introductory meetings with key decision-makers, ultimately driving meaningful pipeline and revenue for the company.

  • Develop and implement prospecting campaigns to identify and map target accounts, recognize business stakeholders, and uncover existing segmentation needs/projects.

  • Handle inbound leads qualification and engage channels to support growth within your designated territory.

  • Deliver proactive sales development through phone, email, and social selling strategies.

  • Be an integral and valuable member of the Illumio sales, marketing, and channel ecosystem.

Your Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development, preferably in software technology.

  • A sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to engage in impactful conversations and effectively address objections across various levels of management and technical professionals.

  • Proficiency in crafting value-driven proposals and presentations.
