The Role: Enterprise Account Executive (US)

As we accelerate our growth in the US market, we are looking for a key early contributor to help shape and scale our US presence. This role offers high ownership and is ideal for someone who thrives in uncertainty, enjoys building, and wants to play a critical role in defining the commercial strategy of a company leading the charge in enterprise AI.

You will blend strategic enterprise sales execution with compelling storytelling and category innovation, demonstrating to US enterprises how AI can transform compliance from a burden into a competitive advantage.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish the US GTM strategy: Develop outreach strategies, shape a robust sales pipeline, and engage key enterprise clients across regulated sectors such as financial services and insurance.

  • Drive revenue growth: Manage enterprise conversations from the initial discovery phase to closing deals.

  • Consult and demonstrate: Translate complex AI functionalities into tangible business value.

  • Serve as the voice of the market: Gather insights from US customers and influence our global product strategy.

  • Collaborate across teams: Work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to refine GTM playbooks.

  • Represent Haast: Attend industry events and engage with your expanding network of compliance and legal leaders.
