The Role: Enterprise Account Executive (US)

As we rapidly expand into the US market, we are building our GTM team. This position is a crucial early contributor role that will help shape and scale our presence in the US.

This is an early-stage role with high ownership, perfect for an individual who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building, and seeks to play a critical role in defining the commercial strategy of a company at the forefront of enterprise AI.

Your responsibilities will include blending strategic enterprise sales execution with storytelling and category development, demonstrating to US enterprises how AI can shift compliance from a burden to a strategic advantage.

What you’ll own

  • Establish the US GTM strategy: Develop outreach strategies, create a robust sales pipeline, and open doors to key enterprises within regulated sectors such as financial services and insurance.

  • Fuel revenue growth: Lead enterprise discussions from initial discovery to successful closure.

  • Consult and present: Transform complex AI features into clear business value propositions.

  • Serve as the market voice: Gather insights from US clients and impact our global product direction.

  • Collaborate across departments: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to refine GTM playbooks.

  • Represent Haast: Engage with industry stakeholders and grow your network among compliance and legal leaders.
