Your Responsibilities:Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts, aiming for net revenue retention and achieving expansion ARR targets via Sidetrade's Order-to-Cash platform. Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our comprehensive product suite, including cash collection, CashApps, Augmented Invoice, and Aimie agentic AI modules. Develop and execute customized account plans that align Sidetrade's roadmap with each customer's business objectives and strategic priorities. Oversee the complete renewal and expansion process—from initial discovery to commercial negotiations and contract finalization. Facilitate Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with CFOs, VPs of Finance, and O2C Directors to showcase ROI and pinpoint growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure effective product adoption, seamless delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene in Salesforce to support accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting. Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights that inform product development and market strategies. Your Qualifications:3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS account management or sales, preferably within the enterprise sector.
