About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a results-driven and experienced Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of client-facing experience, demonstrating a strong ability to achieve results in a dynamic setting. The Senior Enterprise Account Manager will be instrumental in nurturing relationships with our key enterprise clients, collaborating closely with C-suite executives and senior RCM stakeholders to deliver value and ensure sustained client success.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of prestigious enterprise accounts, cultivating and sustaining strong, strategic partnerships while proactively identifying areas for product innovation and value generation.

  • Offer strategic insights and thought leadership to C-level executives (CFO, COO), utilizing extensive industry knowledge, best practices, and advanced data analytics to propose impactful recommendations that yield measurable business results.

  • Facilitate discovery sessions with enterprise clients to thoroughly comprehend their intricate revenue cycle management challenges, priorities, and success metrics, aligning Camber's solutions to address their specific needs while uncovering opportunities for product enhancements.
