The Role
As we advance our vision for Enterprise AI, we are in search of a seasoned leader to develop and oversee our team of Enterprise Architects.
This pivotal leadership position requires a rare combination of extensive technical knowledge, experience in people management, and the ability to engage with executives at the highest level. You will serve as an executive sponsor, adeptly communicating with C-level stakeholders and guiding your team to align strategic objectives with practical technical implementations.
Your primary focus will be to lead and empower a team that aids our expanding sales organization in reaching revenue targets. You will facilitate the resolution of technical hurdles by cultivating strong partnerships with leadership across Sales, Value Engineering, Product Management, Data Operations, and Information Security teams.
Measures of Success
Your effectiveness will be evaluated based on your team’s contributions, including new customer acquisition, retention, upselling, and your overall impact on the sales organization and business performance.
The Work You’ll Do:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects responsible for defining the architecture, data, and cloud strategy for our key client accounts.
- Executive Engagement: Act as an executive sponsor during pre-Sales and post-Sales phases, articulating strategic visions to C-level executives and collaborating with customer architecture and security teams.
- Drive Strategic Innovation: Lead your team in designing architectures that facilitate enterprise modernization, utilize capability mapping, and explore cutting-edge solutions leveraging emergent technologies such as Agentic AI.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Function as the leadership link between our product and engineering teams at Celonis and client teams to guarantee the delivery of exceptional technical services.
- Ecosystem & Readiness: Supervise the evaluation of the IT landscape maturity within our customer base and ensure your team effectively guides Celonis account teams and ecosystem partners on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability.
- Thought Leadership: Spearhead the creation of reusable assets for projects and develop customer-facing position papers and thought leadership presentations on architecture and innovation with Celonis.
