Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to transform business requirements into cloud-based solutions, and oversee the deployment, upgrades, or migrations to the latest Microsoft technologies. Evaluate existing architectural frameworks and configuration plans, providing recommendations to enhance future supportability. Advise on optimal strategies for business scenarios, reducing the time required for successful deployments or migrations. Guide business users in adopting best practices for CRM/F&O, development, and integration processes. Conduct root cause analyses for critical issues and develop actionable plans to prevent recurrence. Work with the Technical Account Manager (TAM) to analyze ticket trends, identify recurring issues, and implement engineering solutions to proactively mitigate problems. Lead both reactive troubleshooting efforts and proactive service delivery initiatives, such as risk assessments and health checks. Provide technical architecture, design, installation, troubleshooting, and advisory services for client projects. Support clients during system and application upgrades. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the design, implementation, and support of Dynamics CRM, F&O, 365, SSIS, and SSRS solutions. Deliver tailored training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to enhance knowledge and understanding within clients' internal teams.

As an Enterprise Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and addressing the root causes of issues within Dynamics 365, ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service. Your extensive technical expertise, combined with your knowledge of internal Microsoft resources, will enable you to effectively align expectations between clients and the US Cloud Premier Support engagement team. You will analyze support issues and provide strategic recommendations based on industry best practices for Dynamics CRM, F&O, and 365 environments.
