About the job

Here, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with founders and a dedicated team, including myself, Kobe, Barklie, and Simy, all committed to your success. My own journey in sales began with this remarkable team, and I can assure you that the connections you build here will last well beyond your initial success.
At Carv, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) take an active role in shaping our approach, participating in creative initiatives such as delivering bagels to local prospects, attending trade shows, and sending personalized gifts. Our Mission at Carv
Our goal is simple: to humanize recruiting. While AI is a competitive buzzword in today’s market, we believe that by enhancing the capabilities of recruiters, we can fundamentally transform how enterprise-level companies approach recruiting.
Daily Responsibilities
As an SDR, your daily tasks will involve cold calling, emailing, prospecting, and leveraging LinkedIn to engage leads. While consistency and organization are crucial, creativity is equally important in an early-stage environment like ours. You'll be encouraged to innovate and take initiative in your outreach.
Challenges Ahead
We acknowledge that the landscape is challenging. The presence of AI is pervasive, and breaking into the U. S. market is no easy feat. However, with these challenges come tremendous opportunities for growth and learning.
