Join Our Team as an Enterprise Sales Engineer!
At Datadog, we are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Engineer who is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to enhance our sales efforts through engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and by supporting technical evaluations (Proofs of Value). You will play a crucial part in qualifying leads and closing deals while also providing valuable feedback to our product teams based on customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to effectively communicate Datadog’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to our clients.
- Lead technical engagement with customers during trial phases, demonstrating Datadog’s value by addressing any concerns to achieve successful outcomes.
- Utilize your advanced competitive knowledge and technical skills to close complex opportunities.
- Deliver compelling product and technical briefings to potential clients.
- Maintain comprehensive notes and feedback in our CRM system regarding customer interactions, both wins and losses.
- Actively engage with customers and our technical teams to gather product feedback and analyze the competitive landscape.
Your Qualifications:
- A passion for educating customers about observability risks that impact their businesses, along with the ability to design and implement evaluation plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to articulate both business benefits and technical advantages of our solutions.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.js, PHP, or . NET.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Engineering or DevOps Engineering role.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia for client engagement, with a comfortable command of English for internal communications.
- Willingness to travel up to 45% of the time to client sites and able to sit for extended periods.
