Role Overview: Enterprise Vendor Services Manager (Remote)
The Enterprise Vendor Services Manager leads a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring the effective delivery of Ncontracts’ Vendor Compliance Services. This role centers on service execution, driving product adoption, building client relationships, and supporting account retention and health. Success in this position requires strong customer-facing experience, clear communication, and a genuine interest in vendor management and third-party risk programs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of enterprise and strategic clients in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operational leaders and executive stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Guide clients through their post-sales experience, setting clear expectations for service timelines and deliverables.
- Respond to client inquiries and offer insights on vendor management best practices.
- Spot account risks, service gaps, and areas for optimization.
Service Delivery Execution
- Coordinate with the Vendor Operations Team to collect due diligence documentation and meet client requirements.
- Oversee and delegate tasks to TPRM Specialists, ensuring work is accurate and deadlines are met.
