Your Role
With your love for food and dedication to exceptional customer service, you'll utilize the National Trust Cookbook framework to craft delectable meals. You'll continuously seek to minimize waste and manage costs effectively, ensuring each dish is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. As a vital member of the Food & Beverage team, you'll support your colleagues in achieving outstanding results and may occasionally supervise volunteers.
Maintaining impeccable kitchen standards and adhering to food hygiene regulations is essential. Embracing the ethos of the National Trust, you'll take pride in sharing our mission with customers while implementing innovative ideas to maximize sales, contributing profits back into our conservation efforts.
