Position: Entry-Level Associate Human Resources Generalist
Location: On-site in Andover, MA (Monday - Friday)
Pay: Hourly

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and administer employee health and welfare plans, including medical, dental, vision, disability, workers' compensation, and Flexible Spending accounts.
Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve benefit-related issues, ensuring effective plan utilization and fostering positive employee relations.
Manage the annual open enrollment process, including the distribution of materials, communication of changes to employees, and coordination of on-site representation by benefits brokers.
Process employee benefit changes within designated deadlines.
Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility as necessary.
Serve as the point of contact for Cobra administration with third-party administrators.
Educate employees about benefit plans and enrollment procedures.
Provide counseling to employees and applicants on benefit options to facilitate informed decision-making.
Offer administrative support to the HR team, including correspondence, record keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
Coordinate onboarding for the Andover office and collaborate with other BDN offices to ensure adherence to onboarding protocols, including I-9 verification and HRIS profile setup (ADP Workforce Now).
Perform additional HR generalist duties as assigned.
Promote wellness initiatives that encourage healthy lifestyles and employee engagement.
