As an Equity Operations Associate at moomoo, you will play a crucial role in the management of daily operational activities. This includes overseeing the settlement processes, assessing operational risks, and actively contributing to the Australian Operations team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with customer service and other internal departments to address issues, minimize client complaints, and enhance the overall client experience.
- Providing prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and operational matters.
- Assisting in the processing of corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, rights issues, and other entitlement events.
- Facilitating account maintenance and closure processes, ensuring compliance with required documentation checks.
- Supporting compliance and risk management initiatives, including internal investigations, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Monitoring for operational exceptions, system issues, and potential risks, escalating them as necessary.
- Maintaining precise operational records while contributing to the formulation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal controls.
