Our collaborative efforts with homeowners, board members, real estate agents, escrow officers, title companies, and lenders ensure that every transaction is executed smoothly and punctually.
We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Escrow Administrator who will take charge of managing documentation, email correspondence, and compliance tasks related to HOA resale packages, demands, and disclosures. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured environments, enjoy multi-stakeholder communication, and value accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Escrow & Documentation Support
- Prepare, review, and process escrow documents associated with HOAs (demands, disclosures, resale documents, etc.).
- Collect necessary information from relevant parties for each transaction.
- Maintain organized and accurate files, ensuring proper document storage.
- Track document orders and oversee their progress to completion.
Communication & Coordination
- Engage professionally with:
- Title and escrow companies
- Real estate agents
- Homeowners and board members
- Internal property management teams
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Follow up on any outstanding information to ensure timely closings.
Compliance & Accuracy
- Verify that documents adhere to internal standards and are complete before submission.
- Support compliance efforts by adhering to established checklists and procedures.
- Escalate any unclear issues to management for clarification.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance to the team as needed.
- Assist Community Association Managers with transaction-related tasks.
