About the Role

As part of our newly established Sustainability team within the Business Transformation Function, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Ethical Trade initiatives. As the Ethical Trade Manager, you will own key programs within our Sustainability Strategy, ensuring progress towards our KPIs while mobilizing business initiatives aligned with our ethical goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Ethical Trade Programme and our responsible sourcing strategies, aligning with our sustainability objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead the development and implementation of Supply Chain Human Rights Due Diligence, including the management of social audits and fostering relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance through self-assessment questionnaires and identify opportunities for improvement in supplier practices.
