We are on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Executive Assistant to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be entrusted to manage a variety of professional and personal tasks with the utmost discretion and attention to detail.
Your Impact
Efficiently manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel logistics
Act as the primary liaison between executives and both internal and external stakeholders
Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality
Prioritize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, navigating competing deadlines
Screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability and progress
Plan and coordinate company events, offsites, and team gatherings
Oversee office operations and liaise with building management and vendors
Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed
What Makes You Stand Out
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar capacity
Exceptional organizational skills coupled with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexible schedule with a willingness to accommodate occasional after-hours requests
