No prior experience in social media or marketing is required for our commercial roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with our management team to organize daily tasks and perform secretarial duties.
Manage organizational matters within the company to support our business development.
Carry out traditional administrative and organizational tasks, including processing documents, drafting invoices, handling orders, maintaining master data, monitoring payments, and executing transfers.
Oversee organizational and planning tasks, as well as telephone coordination for management, such as business trips and client appointments.
Compose emails, letters, and minutes, and manage phone communications with clients, partners, and colleagues.

Salary: Executive Assistant - Full-Time (m/f/d): €3,700 gross per month.
