The ideal candidate will be tasked with generating spreadsheets and charts, managing executive calendars, and ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct administrative support to the department head
  • Create and sustain basic spreadsheets and charts for effective reporting and tracking
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and events; dispatch calendar invites and reminders
  • Systematically organize and preserve digital files and documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders as necessary
  • Track deadlines and proactively follow up on action items to ensure timely completion

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar capacity
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
