We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at recruitsa. In this full-time, remote position, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. As the operational backbone of our organization, you will manage daily activities, oversee order processing, ensure exceptional client care, and provide vital support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all daily operations and administrative tasks.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring you are consistently available during working hours.
Manage the complete order lifecycle from confirmation through to delivery, keeping track of progress and addressing potential issues proactively.
Support the sales process by following up on quotes and leads, nurturing client relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Build and sustain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Assist in coordinating production workflows, timelines, and supplier interactions.
Help with product costing, pricing strategies, and customization details.
Identify and implement process improvements independently.
Create and maintain organizational systems that enhance scalability.
Maintain regular communication with the CEO via WhatsApp, ensuring alignment on key priorities and projects.
Collaborate closely with the CEO as a trusted operational and commercial partner.
