About the Role:

We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to Axion’s executive team, particularly the CEO. This individual will be instrumental in enhancing leadership efficiency, maintaining organizational rhythm, and supporting key initiatives throughout the company.

This role is perfect for someone who excels in a dynamic, high-accountability environment, possesses exceptional judgment, and is invigorated by working at the intersection of people, processes, and impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Oversee complex calendars, travel, and communications for the CEO with accuracy and discretion.

  • Operational Rhythm: Organize executive team meetings, all-hands sessions, and board meetings, preparing materials, agendas, and follow-ups.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between leadership, investors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution and alignment.

  • Information Flow: Proactively manage communications, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and confidentiality.

  • Project Execution: Assist in special projects across operations, finance, and recruiting, often owning initiatives from inception to completion.

  • Culture & Communication: Collaborate with People and Operations teams to enhance workplace culture and communication.
