What you will do
- Deliver administrative support to Senior Leadership, including the Chief Growth Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Vice Presidents.
- Coordinate legal and compliance processes, such as contract management and document organization.
- Manage executive calendars, organize meetings, and coordinate team schedules.
- Prepare meeting materials, handle logistics, and track action items and follow-ups.
- Arrange travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
- Support logistics for internal meetings, offsite events, and team gatherings.
- Help prioritize tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of responsibilities.
Office operations
- Serve as office manager for the Raleigh location, overseeing daily workplace operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage office supplies, and handle deliveries.
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment for employees and guests.
- Assist with in-office meetings and team needs as required.
Event planning
- Work with the Executive Business Partner to plan events, including onsite meetings, offsites, leadership summits, and company-wide activities.
- Act as the main point of contact and organizer for all Raleigh-based events.
