THE ROLE
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CEO’s productivity by managing top priorities effectively. You will provide structured and proactive support in agenda management and execution follow-ups, facilitating transparency and operational efficiency at the executive level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively oversee the CEO’s schedule and key priorities
Organize, prepare, and follow up on critical meetings and board interactions to ensure clarity and alignment
Facilitate the efficient flow of relevant information to and from the CEO
Handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and utmost trustworthiness
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from a top-tier university
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach focused on impact
Excellent communication skills in both German and English
