Raketech is seeking an Executive Operations Manager to join the team in St Julian's, Malta. This role works directly with the CEO, supporting strategic priorities and turning plans into real results within the iGaming sector. As part of the management team, the Executive Operations Manager helps align company goals and ensures strategies are carried through to execution.
What You Will Do
- Work alongside the CEO to guide strategic priorities and major initiatives.
- Act as the CEO's operational partner to drive critical projects and decisions forward.
- Prepare clear, insightful materials and updates to support executive decision-making.
- Track company priorities, monitor progress, and flag risks or obstacles early.
- Promote accountability and alignment across the management team.
- Turn strategies into practical operational plans with measurable outcomes.
- Participate in management discussions and coordinate cross-functional projects.
- Facilitate leadership meetings and ensure follow-up on actions and decisions.
- Support evaluation of new initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
- Help improve processes and drive operational efficiency across the business.
- Stay involved in daily operations to keep business performance on track.
- Spot and implement ways to enhance workflows and processes.
- Proactively address and resolve issues as they arise.
