Position Overview and Responsibilities
At Sentral, we are assembling a team of individuals focused on people and committed to exceeding expectations. Ideal candidates will embody a proactive attitude, a growth-oriented mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit. The Experience Manager plays a crucial role in delivering our hospitality services at the property level. This position ensures five-star service for our guests by engaging with them before their arrival, warmly welcoming them upon check-in, and providing ongoing assistance throughout their stay.
This is an in-person position located on-site of the property.
What You’ll Do:
- Adhere to Sentral’s standards, best practices, policies, and unwavering commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Manage property assets and guest information in alignment with Sentral's standards and policies.
- Coordinate guest stays to guarantee comprehensive service throughout their experience.
- Ensure every guest receives five-star service in our hospitality environment, actively soliciting positive feedback and coaching the Experience Team to do the same.
