5 to 10 years of professional experience, including 2 to 3 years specifically in Bid Management. Experience in a consulting firm or in professional services, ideally in operational excellence, engineering, or digital fields. Ability to manage complex bids in dynamic environments, coordinating various contributors. Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication skills. Very good writing and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail and quality. Additional Assets:Experience in sectors related to the company's activities: aerospace, defense, energy. Knowledge of public and private procurement processes.

Context: We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to oversee the entire bid response cycle, enhance the quality of our proposals, and strengthen our market position.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the entire bid response cycle, from qualification to submission, ensuring compliance with requirements, deadlines, and internal processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, and financial teams to develop relevant and competitive responses.
  • Analyze bid documents, identify key requirements, and define winning strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders through various stages of review, validation, and approval throughout the process.
  • Maintain and enhance the bid library by improving templates, standard content, and reusable resources.
  • Organize feedback sessions after each bid to capitalize on lessons learned and improve the effectiveness of future responses.
