- Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, and financial teams to develop relevant and competitive responses.
- Analyze proposal documents, identify key requirements, and devise winning strategies aligned with the company's priorities.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders throughout the review, validation, and approval stages of the process.
- Maintain and enhance the proposal library by improving templates, standard content, and reusable resources.
- Organize post-proposal reviews to capitalize on lessons learned and improve the effectiveness of future responses.
