Excellent communication abilities. Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail and quality.

Context:

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the entire proposal response cycle, enhance the quality of our submissions, and strengthen our market position.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the entire proposal response cycle, from qualification to submission, ensuring compliance with requirements, timelines, and internal processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, and financial teams to develop relevant and competitive responses.
  • Analyze proposal documents, identify key requirements, and devise winning strategies aligned with the company's priorities.
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders throughout the review, validation, and approval stages of the process.
  • Maintain and enhance the proposal library by improving templates, standard content, and reusable resources.
  • Organize post-proposal reviews to capitalize on lessons learned and improve the effectiveness of future responses.
