We are currently seeking a talented Payroll Specialist with solid experience in managing payroll processes, who possesses a genuine passion for labor-related topics, is curious, proactive, and motivated to co-create their professional development.
What Will You Be Doing?
Under the guidance of the Payroll Manager, you will independently manage a client portfolio, leveraging your previous experience in:
- Payroll processing (monthly and annually);
- Cost balancing;
- Managing relationships with authorities (INPS, INAIL, Revenue Agency);
- Utilizing Zucchetti Paghe Web software.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within professional firms
- Knowledge of various collective labor agreements (CCNL);
- Proficiency in English;
- Excellent Excel skills;
- Familiarity with the Office suite and expertise in Zucchetti Paghe Web;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Accounting skills for cost balancing and labor cost recording;
- Certification as a Labor Consultant.
