Role Overview

As a seasoned Technical Scrum Master, you will be pivotal in establishing a new Scrum team dedicated to delivering one of our latest fintech products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure optimal workflow and timely completion of tasks. You are expected to set the pace for delivery and proactively plan and forecast upcoming deliverables. Success in this role requires a pragmatic approach and sensitivity to our operational environment, leveraging your expertise to influence the delivery strategy effectively.
